The town is a very quaint, fishing town in Cornwall. It is a very popular place to visit in Cornwall.

There are many places to stay, and most of the town is either a guest house, hotel or holiday home. There are many restaurants and pubs in the town.

Looe has a very good reputation for good fish catches and there are many companies who will take you out sea fishing.

There is a beautiful walk from the town to Polperro. The walk is uphill due to the diversion and is a moderate route however it is well worth the walk to Polperro.

Twice a year when the tide is at its lowest, you can walk to Looe Island. It is a fantastic experience, although limited numbers allowed at a time to allow you to enjoy a two-hour walk around the completely unspoiled Island! There are only two houses on the Island!

In September, the town hosts the Looe Music Festival, which has grown in size attracts some big named bands. Thousands descend on the town for this event. It takes place around the harbour but mainly on the beach.

In Looe, New Year’s Eve is traditional to dress up in fancy dress clothing. Many people arrive from all over the UK to attend this event.
